Tenants Room Hire Terms and Conditions
Please note we only offer two parking spaces with all room bookings. Additional parking must be offsite for any additional delegate parking. Disabled parking is provided. There is parking nearby to our Business Centres. Please ensure you pass this parking information on to your delegates to avoid any issues on the day of your event.
Conditions of Hire
At the conclusion of the hire it is the responsibility of the hirer to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition with all furniture put back as it was found. Any damage to the premises, furniture or fittings is the responsibility of the hirer and any repairs/ replacements will be charged accordingly, in addition to cost of hire. Please make sure the premises are vacated on time at the end of the hire time.
Payment of Hire Fees
Any additional room hire hours used will be charged at the end of the month as part of your monthly invoice. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for room hire rates.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of the booking. If cancellation is received outside of this timescale, you will still be charged for the full booking. All cancellations must be made via Skedda.
Hirers are responsible for acquainting themselves with the fire safety instructions and ensuring they and any visitors under their control, understand and comply fully with them.
There is a NO SMOKING policy in the Business Centre. There is a designated covered Smoking Area in the car park where there is a bin for used cigarettes and a seating bench. The areas outside the doors of the Business Centre are not designated smoking areas and should not be used for smoking breaks.
