Triple Bottom Line Accounting (TBLA)

Fran joined Triple Bottom Line Accounting in 2019 after retiring from a career in teaching secondary level history. She wanted to steer the company towards a new accounting method that really does measure the Triple Bottom Line – People, Planet as well as Profit.

Her roles include human resources management, ESG, marketing, and social media. She enjoys networking with the local business community and groups who share or are interested in her social and environmental principles. In 2020 she developed the TBLA Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact narrative service. As part of the process, she has carried out an impact analysis of the TBLA social and governance profile and a whole company carbon calculation with accompanying improvements, target setting, a carbon reduction action plan, and an evolving impact narrative.
