Jackie has been running Clarity Learning and Development as a limited company since 2009, prior to which she worked as a freelance sole trader. Before “taking the leap” to self-employment, she worked in a number of organisations, supporting managers and employees to develop the skills and knowledge they needed to perform their roles effectively.
Jane has spent over 15 years working for Colbea. She is currently Facilities Services Manager and is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of Colbea’s Business Centres. Jane is using best business practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity.
Liz has an extensive business experience before joining Colchester Business Enterprise Agency in 2004 when she becomes the Business Services Manager. She is responsible for the management of the Business Advisory Services, Training Services and any related services either funded or part of the core services function that Colbea provides to our customers to ensure a professional and valuable service is provided.
Senior Partner of RDP Accountants, Richard Davies is a member of the Association of Chartered Management Accountants. Before joining RDP Accountants, Richard held a number of senior finance roles in large companies based in the South-East. Richard acts for a range of clients from all industries and heads up the firms marketing functions.
Liz has been running Maxwell Enki Limited, a coaching and training company, since 2015 prior to which she worked for a large corporate organisation. She has extensive experience spanning over 25 years in business from running a family retail business through medium size businesses to corporate level as well as ‘not for profit’ and charity work. Her passion for coaching leads her to supporting clients in both their business and personal lives. She holds a Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation.
