Are there any discounts available?
Yes – if your business has been trading for less than three years you may be eligible for a discount. If this will be the only premises for your business, you should be eligible for full business rates relief.
Am I locked into a contract?
There is no fixed contract, we offer easy-in, easy-out terms to all of our tenants.
Do I need separate utility contracts?
Broadband and phone packages are available with our provider, Zen Systems, from £15-£60 per month, depending on your required package, and telephones are charged per handset. Further details available upon request.
Electricity is metered for each office and will be billed monthly in arrears.
Do you offer a reception service?
Yes – reception is staffed Monday to Friday 9-5. We can ask your clients to sign in and we will call you to collect your clients from reception. We can also provide photocopying and scanning facilities billed per unit as well as secure post handling. We can also frank mail for you and charge it per item (although a 30% handling fee will also apply).
How does 24-hour access work?
Each office is allocated access fobs for 24-hour access. Each office is individually alarmed, allowing 24-hour access to all tenants and intercom system is available for your visitors outside of staffed reception hours.
Do you have parking?
Yes! Free parking is available for tenants. Depending on the size of the office rented, between one and three spaces are allocated. Free visitors parking is also available.
Do you have any meeting rooms we can use?
Of course – we have a variety of meeting rooms available for use by tenants and you can book up to eight hours free each month! We also offer tenants a 50% discount on bookings for our larger training rooms. We also have lots of other break out spaces available.
Is there disabled access?
Yes – we have ramps at our entrances as well as a lift to the first floor. There are also disabled toilets on each floor.
What other help do you offer?

All tenants can access free business advice appointments from our expert advisors, and we recommend tenants have a minimum of one appointment every six months.

Tenants will be given the details of our sponsors to contact for free advice and consultations. This includes legal advice, financial advice, marketing, accounting, and insurance queries.
We may retain your details in order to provide you with advice, mentoring or training in relation to a business or potential business that you run or intend to run. As this is a funded service we may be required to provide some of the information you provide to our funders for reporting purposes. They may also use this to contact you. You may at any time ask for a copy of the personal data we hold on you and we will respond in less than 28 days. You have the right to ask us to amend or delete any of your personal data by contacting us using the details below.
