Meet the Team

Jackie Clifford

Since 2006, Jackie has worked with organisations in the UK and internationally supporting hundreds of individuals to increase their effectiveness in their working lives.

Jackie focuses on working with current and aspiring leaders and managers – individuals who will be responsible for leading a team of any size – from 1 upwards. She works with groups in a training setting and with individuals to provide coaching and 1-1 training.

Because Jackie has worked in small and large businesses, run a franchise business and now runs her own limited company, she brings experience, practical ideas as well as best practice to the IM4S programme.

Kate Everett

Kate Everett Managing Partner at The Write Impression (TWI), a PR and marketing agency founded in 2008. TWI is also a sponsor of Colbea and Kate, who has worked with Colbea for almost 20 years, is in the process of joining the Colbea Board of Directors.

Liz Connelly

Liz has been running Maxwell Enki Limited, a coaching and training company, since 2015 prior to which she worked for a large corporate organisation. She has extensive experience spanning over 25 years in business from running a family retail business through medium size businesses to corporate level as well as ‘not for profit’ and charity work. Her passion for coaching leads her to supporting clients in both their business and personal lives. She holds a Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coach Federation and is a Business Master Practitioner of NLP.

Susie Bulman

Susie is the director of Think Social Business, a specialist social media agency based in Colchester, which she has run with her husband Chris for 7 years. They work with small, medium and large businesses all over the UK and either train people on how to run their own social media, or do it all for them. They began their venture with the help of Colbea and would like to help others keen to embark on a similar adventure.
